At neba, we empower people with disabilities and other barriers who have been historically marginalized, to be fully included in their communities through employment.

neba is a non-profit employment agency for individuals with disabilities.  We help individuals find employment, and help them maintain their jobs as well.  We are all about employment.  We work with people with intellectual disabilities, ASD (autism spectrum disorder), developmental disabilities, down syndrome, etc.

The money we are raising is to help these individuals meet their employment/career goals, by being able to send them to through training for a certification, such as IT, PCA, culinary, etc.
